11. Love of Kill 

Koroshi Ai or Love of Kill was released in January 2022 with beautiful visuals and an eye-catching storyline. The story follows Chateau who is a headhunter from a popular organization of bounty hunters.  

Chateau meets a rather shady guy on her missions. The man is Son Ryang-Ha. Quickly, both of them fought in a heated confrontation but Ryang-Ha got interested in Chateau and quickly asked for her number. And from there on out, the story of absolute action and killer graphics began.  

Love of Kill has been a fan favorite this season due to its interesting storyline and the personality of Chateau Dankworth. The Anime quickly pulls you into the amazing world of mystery, suspense, and painful romance.  

10. Akebi’s Sailor Uniform 

Another popular Anime from this season, Akebi’s Sailor Uniform was adapted by CloverWorks, a very popular animation studio. The story follows Roubai Private Academy which is the home to middle school girls. Akebi Komichi always loved the sailor outfit and wanted to wear it in her school.  

As Roubai Private Academy allowed homemade clothes, Komichi was hyped about it but once she went into the school, the bubble popped up when the school replaced homemade clothes with regular blazers. This marks the start of Komichi’s struggling middle school experience and a lot is to come.  

Even though Akebi’s Sailor Uniform does not offer a lot for the plot build-up, the Anime itself is full of ecchi and fanservice. It is a rather interesting slice-of-life Anime overall.  

9. Teasing Master Takagi-san (Season 3) 

The third season of Testing Master Takagi-san was released in winter 22. The storyline follows Nishikata whose classmate, Takagi, loves to tease the living hell out of him. Nishikata gets teased on a daily basis and since Takagi is a genius, she can predict Nishikata’s every move, making it impossible for the poor lad to lead a normal life. 

The Anime itself is very funny and there’s romance involved as well. So are you going to watch the war between two middle-school kids? We suggest you should. 

8. The Strongest Sage with the Weakest Crest 

Also known as Saikyou Kenja, the Anime series was adapted by J.C Staff in January 2022 and it has been a very popular series so far. The storyline follows Mathias Hildesheimer who has a talent in magic and was able to obtain his long-wished crest.  

Mathias was a former mage, thousands of years ago where he was a talented mage. Waking up after thousands of years, what challenges await our MC? That’s where the story gets interesting.  

Even though the show follows a very traditional reincarnation magic world theme, the overall Anime is interesting. Sure the storyline and characters might be mediocre but the fantasy world setting makes this Anime one of the most interesting and popular Anime of winter 2022.  

7. How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom (Part 2) 

The part of Realist Hero has been rather successful and popular. The story follows Kazuya Souma who is left alone with not even one person who he can call his family. That’s where our MC gets called into the Elfrieden Kingdom where he is known as the hero.  

The second part of Realist Hero has made the Anime one of the most popular action Anime of Winter 22. Being an Isekai, you can expect a lot of fun, fanservice, meme material, and of course, an overpowered MC.  

6. The Case Study of Vanitas (Part 2) 

The first part of Case Study of Vanitas quickly rose to fame due to its excellent animation and engaging storyline. The storyline of part 2 incorporates Vanitas and Noé Archiviste going to fight the “Beast” who is a big monster that is responsible for killing hundreds of human beings. 

The storyline contains a lot of bromance moments with romance that’ll make you question your personal life. Even though the second part is not as good as the first one, the art and animation will blow your mind. 

5. Rust-Eater Bisco 

Rust-Eater Bisco has been an instant success this season due to its awesome animation and an action-oriented storyline that’ll make you forget most other seasons on our list. The storyline follows a post-apocalyptic Japan that was affected by a shady sandy wind.  

Bisco Akaboshi is our MC who’s a wanted criminal with the power to grow mushrooms and save the world. What adventures await Bisco? Well, you’ll find out.  

4. Arifureta (Season 2) 

Arifureta is another fantasy Anime that has been popular throughout the years of its release. The story follows Hajime who got transported to another world while he was betrayed by his former friends. Now, Hajime must become strong and fight off intimidating monsters to survive. This marks the full-of-action adventure of Hajime.  

If you loved the first season, you’ll love the second one since both follow the same setting. 

3. My Dress-Up Darling 

My Dress-Up Darling has been one of the most popular Anime this season. The internet is full of My Dress-Up Darling memes and thanks to those memes, the Anime quickly got recognition. The story follows Wakana Gojou who is an artist.  

Gojou loves to make dolls and perfect them. This is where he meets Marin Kitagawa who is in love with Gojou’s art of making dolls. A lot of stuff happens between them and this marks the beautiful romantic story of My Dress-Up Darling.  

2. Attack on Titan: The Final Season Part 2 

Everyone was hyped about the end of Attack on Titan: The Final Season Part 2. With a lot of hype this Anime brought over the years, this season marks the end of the story once-and-for-all. Attack on Titan is popular due to a plethora of reasons.
